Qigong for Mobility

Course Description

The Healthy Qigong Mobility course is slightly more dynamic and movement oriented than the Tai Chi Qigong program. The objective of Qigong for Mobility is to increase your mobility and flexibility. The course has more movements than Tai Chi Qigong, and can be done in alternation with our other programs, or you can choose to focus on one or the other for awhile.

Remember to start slowly at first and always listen to your body. The movements can be done in any order or as individual motions on their own. I recommend working your way through the lessons, perhaps one or two new lessons per day. Take your time with each lesson and focus on getting the movement and breathing right. Below is a PREVIEW for potential members. Current members can find all training materials inside.
